Mediation failed at CAW

Dear Experts mediation is failed at caw now file went to IO so what should be the next step for me ? And for my family members ? Thanks please reply Regards 498a = frauds

Take a notice bail till the time FIR has been not registered once the FIR gets registered IO will give you the required notice as per the order of the court then apply for the anticipatory bail on merits.

How much it cost for 15 people as 15 name are in complaint. Few are from outstation as well. regards 498a frauds
