Can you help me out with the format to obtain an NO Objection Certificate from the MAgistrate court where my 498A with DP 3 & 4 are running.
the present status of the case is that the chargesheet has been filed and we have received the chargesheet copy and the framing of the charges in not yet done.
let me know the procedure and format to apply to get the NOC for Passport Rewneal.
