Dear society
Am from chennai running a proprietorship company and it was started on april 2011, am crediting salary in my wife name 25000 rupees every month. Now we want to go for a home loan on her name depending on her salary credit. But banks asking for form 16 A on her name. But as a proprietorship company am not able to give form 16 to my wife as a employee. So how to opt for a home loan? any chances for me to give form 16 to her name ..if yes how? or can she file ITR in her name without form 16...if yes how? We are in very confussion because our dream is to buy a new home like others. So i need help from this society and experts here.
