Foregin National 498a,DV,125 crpc

We got married in india in 2008 at that time we both were Australian citizenn came to india for only marriage on indian visa .. Stayed 4 days with my parents during which a reception held on 2nd day left for Australia ..girl didnt move with me untill 8 months mariage than stayed with me for 6 months and left we both live interstate .. She went ton india lodged complaint 498a against me and my family in FEB 2010... Police investigated than temp closed the case i lodged divorce in australia she was present during hearing and her plea was rejected divorce granted in March p2011 and than in Nov 2011 fir lodged against my family in Delhi so this was after Divorce . Now i went to india in March 2013 was detaineed LOC and than while was there she lodged DV and crpc 125 .. I have remarriee since its been 2 years since my second marriage... this girls keeps on harassing me & my family ... We had put in a quash in HC in jan 2013. In mediation she asking 1 crore...And than during my visit in march i got bail from HC and came back .. During this time IO put chargesheet in LC and says fight in court. As put my parents accused and my brother who has nt even lived with us is an Australian citizen. The girl an Australian citizen working fulltime earning $90k asking me to pay mainetance per month $8k .. There hasnt been domestic relationship with her last 3 years i have movee on but is harassing my old parents in Delhi. Now her also mother Australian citizen stays in India and use a POA to pursue these fall cases in India.and says we are indian citizens also when they all hold australian passport and are oci. I need some expert advise .. All parties are on regular bail ... And also she lodged under 506ipc that we are threatning here cancel bail .. It was dismissed... I am very tired fighthing these fall cases my ather cancer pateient and dont have lot of money have alrwady spent lot of money on lawyers ..need some help from senior.. As have family to feed :(
