An amount of Rs 250/- is being deducted forcefully from my salary every month in the head employee club (which is voluntary deduction) despite giving in writing that i am not willing to deduct it from my salary .
As per my perception this is unlawful
please suggest which act has been violated by my employer . so that i can seek remedy in appropriate forum

Depending on nature of your company, it may amount to violation of Shops & Establishment Act or Payment of Wages Act and this can be easily treated as illegal deduction and/ or less payment of salary. You may lodge a complaint before the appropriate authority to recover the illegally deducted amount of Rs.250/-

My nature of company is central govt PSU
Pls suggest which act has been violated by deducting amount without legal sanction/company rule etc from salary so that i can do complain citing the clause of that act .
Member Strength 9,47,844 and growing..
