Greetings to the experts and readers,
There is a flour mill in my neighborhood from where flour beetles comes to my house. There must be more than thousands of beetles inside my home. I have complained to the mill about this everytime he says they have taken the measures to minimise it and obviously no improvement in the situation.
I want to know... is there any online government agency (like consumer forum) to lodge a complaint about this?

If you have been bearing this nuisance for more than 20 years, it's not possible for you to complain about it now as the The Indian Easement Act of 1882 states that if you have been bearing an "inconvience" for more than twenty years, you cannot file a complaint about such an "inconviniece".
However, if you've not been bearing this problem for that 20 years, you can contact the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to help you with your problem.
