Dear Sir, I am residing in self owned Flat . A registered association was fomed in 2002. Association has made rules which seems illegal. For example, association has made a rule that if quoram of Annual General Meeting is 30 members out of total of 267 flats. I request you to please clarify me whether this is legal or illigal under which Law ? Thanks very much

I mean, if quoram of only 30 members out of 267 flats are present,decision is taken for huge financial amounts without consulting other 267 members. Is it legal ?
