Dear experts,
I had lost 50 soverine of gold when travelling in train(May '11). I have filed a complaint and the railway police has registered a FIR for the same. Yesterday (12/08/12) a constable was send from police station with a non traceable certificate from the police station and asked me to sign the same. I have refused to sign the same. What should i do now? Should i sign the same or shuld i wait for sme more time? What is the validity of FIR?
