sir I purchase lorry from kodai automobile financed by cholamandalam finance but 4 emi pending reason business is dull financier come to my house night 10 o clock and threatening me they trying to seize my vehicle what can I do pls

You might have available in the evening hours it seems. So they came at 10 o clock in the evening. But harrassment is not advised. Make mutual understand and settlements in writing.
