Final sale deed

We are planning to take a flat in bangalore. For that we got sale deed draft created. That has expression for purchasers.

Our sale deed is having below lines, where as seller is concerned and asking us to remove expression from below.

He is asking us to keep only 2 person as Purchasers and not include expression wherever the
context so requires ......

Will  we be face any issues if we remove expressions ? We have seen few other sale deeds and all of them have it.

Are there any legal implications on any side because of this expression?

"Mr. X , S/o. Y, Aged about z
years, [Pan No. XXXXXXXXXX],
Mrs. X , S/o. Y, Aged about y
years, [Pan No. XXXXXXXXXX],
Both are residing at address.

Hereinafter together called the Purchasers and this expression wherever the
context so requires or means shall include their heirs, Legal representatives,
assigns, administrators, assigns executors and others on the other part."

Thanks,
Namrata

Thanks Mahesh, just want to understand legally, what implications can happen?

Can the seller be in problem? or can we face some legal issue in future due to those missing expressions ?
