Can't we file additional documents in a suit before trail with a MEMO.
IS IT COMPUSERY TO FILE WITH A PETITION.
previously we used to file the additional documents if any with a memo before trail commenced .after the trail commenced we used to file with petition.
Recently a judge came from transfer and he is insisting to file with a petition.
Is there any specific rule on this?
