Can a person file a complaint under section 182 and 211 IPC
1. If the FIR is under investigation at the police station by the investigation officer? The accused have evidences that he has not committed the any crime as in the FIR? The Accused feel that complainent had filled the complaint to harass him.
2. IF Yes, Whats the process and where to file the complaint/FIR?
3. If no, whats the remedy available to the accused as police had not done anything since last 3 months and investigation is still in progress. Every now and then police call the accused to the police station and keep him waiting for hours and dont take his evidences.
