Hello sir,
Please guide me in this situation. I lost my parents during childhood & was taken care by my uncle ( even he expired recently ). During this period, he sold 2.5 acres of land & 1 residential site in Bangalore which belonged to me from my father. I was a major & since I thought he was my well wisher I agreed for selling & signed on sale deed. Later when i asked for that amount he says I have nothing. He expired few months back & now i approached his family members but even they say the same answer :( . On what grounds i can file a case?
Please guide me with next steps.
