Fatwa against Vandemataram

Page no : 3

(Guest)

That is culture of indian political parties. For VOTES politicians do anything even bow to the feet of a roadside begger. What is the use of speaking about brainless politicians.

Anil Agrawal (Retired)     07 November 2009

When PM says minorities have the first right to country's resources, this mind set shows the impotence of Congress and subservient attitude towards Muslims.

In very city in India, there is sizeable population of Muslims concentrated in particular sector. It is this segment that is the vote bank of the Congress. They vote enblock for the Congress. Their voting pattern negatives the chances of non-Congress candidates. Then, as I said earlier, Hindus are a divided lot. They won't allow straight fight. 4-5 parties will contest each seat. Result: Congress will walk away thanks to the vote bank.

As far as issuing the fatwas by Hindu saints or shankarachariyas, it is not  the culture of Hinduism to issue fatwas and kill someone.  Hinduism is nothing but  rightful, peaceful way of life.  It is sanandhana Dhram.  The religious freedom given by the  Hinduism can never be in any religion.  You can criticse your own religion, god,  and still  you will not be an outlaw.  People like Chidambaram who cannot win even a councillor election  with his own charisma in any part of the country,  what to expect from him when dons the postiion of Home Ministry?

No country in the world will accept Indian Muslims. Only in India they are Tigers  once they are out they don't have guts to open there mouth. If they are over smart. Those nations they are going to flush them out.

Even Pakistan they don't allow any Indian or From Bangladesh to there country.

We are unnecessarily straining our vocal chord, nay, our computer. Two words define them:

VOTE BANK.

Mr.M.K.Gandhi ji is absoulatly right. Indian Muslims outside in Islamic countries nothing. even our neighbouring states Bangladesh and Pakistan do not care Indian Muslim. In the Gulf  no one cares indian muslim. They speak only in India about their religion. If they speak outside they ask indian muslim keep their mouths shut. This is Indian Muslim life in Islamic counries.

Our policians do not have brains. Government top officials play rhythem to the politicians. If Govrnment officials follow their duties they can keep Mr.Chidambaram, Mr.Mahmood Maslani and clerics (who issued fatwa against Vandemataram) straight inside bars without any hesitation.

Now in our country Political leaders and top Government Officials are same.

Enough has been written about Fatwa. Can we think that it is below our dignity to go on commenting about it. It is nothing but taking out our frustration.

Adinath@Avinash Patil (advocate)     09 November 2009

YES IT IS NOTHING BUT TAKING OUT OUR FRUSTRATION MR. ANIL AGRAWA.L

(Guest)

Frustration? No.

It is each and every Indian's agony degarading and defaming of our national song. Today I saw news clipping in www.in.com how union minister Mr.P.Chidambaram changed his version regarding his presence of time in the meeting.  Harvard University eduacted indian Union Minister for Home.

Chidambaram later issued a clarification saying the resolution was not passed in his presence and he was not aware of any fatwa against Vande Mataram, women's reservation and television.

Under this type of Union Ministers India is living.

I THIK P CHINDAMBERM IS DECEVING INDIAN PEOPLE. HE SHOULD BE PUNISHED.

(Guest)

Who is going to punish him under National Security Act ? Our top Government official ? No way.

Adinath@Avinash Patil (advocate)     10 November 2009

MR. P.CHINDARM  IS LAWYER HE KNOWS ALL  PROVISONS OF LAWS. HENCE IT IS DIFFICULT TO PROOVE HIS OOFENCE. BUT SOME  GOVT.OFFICIAL WILL HAVE TO MOVE TO FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST P.CHINDAMBERM. NOBODY IS ABOVE LAW.

please comment on salman khurshid's article in indian express

The Supreme Court had managed to put a firm lid on the Vande Mataram issue, but, true to form, the religious clergy cannot desist from their desire to keep the communal cauldron boiling. When there is no compulsion, what is the need for any resolution or fatwa? Meanwhile, the reaffirmation of an earlier resolution of the Darul Uloom condemning terror is good news — but at the same time we must name the LeT, Jaish and others and send a strong message.

The home minister should be careful about the bouquets, as the brickbats can be as swift. As citizens of a secular democratic country with a vibrant judiciary, fatwas have little meaning in present-day India. Salman Khursheed’s timely rejoinder about the futility of a fatwa about non-issues and the need for addressing the real, burning issues — education and employability of Indian Muslims, for example — are laudable. I wish resolutions at Deoband had addressed the following questions: Why do Indian Muslims have the highest levels of illiteracy, both male and female, in the country? Why do we have the highest number of school drop-outs? Why do we have the lowest representation in both the public and the private sector? What steps are we taking to stop pernicious recruiters who lure young impressionable minds towards terror ideologies?

Adinath ji,

Yes.Government have to concentrate on burning issues. I don't agree with Mr.Salman. He has to write with facts. Should not defend while writing article. Why people always speak about Minorities (Musleems)? Why don't they speak about unemployment in other religions?

1) Why do Indian Muslims have the highest levels of illiteracy, both male and female, in the country?

Our constitution is given equal rights to the all citizens. Due to religious faith, with big family, treating family planning as a sin, unable to provide good education to all family members, insufficient income to look after the family etc. are the main reasons of indian muslims for high level of illetracy in our country.

2)Why do we have the highest number of school drop-outs?

Girls to look after family welfare, boys to take part in family's expenses, doing petty jobs etc. are the main reasons.

3)Why do we have the lowest representation in both the public and the private sector?

This is untrue. If they have required educational qualifications and experence, they too can get jobs in both private and public sectors.

4)What steps are we taking to stop pernicious recruiters who lure young impressionable minds towards terror ideologies?

This depends upon Government's employment policy. If Government is not providing employment it is natural youth bend towards illegal activites. It is Government's responsibility.
