My brother law was in Indian Army, He died on 18 april in 2010. My sister got all the amount from the Army and son didn’t got any at that time as he was minor. Now, my sister is married (but not legal, she is in live in relationship). She has given threat to her in laws that if some body stops her, she will file domestic violence case against them. She stays with her present husband, but sometimes in 2 weeks she comes to her legal in laws house. Her in laws are unable to even tell her anything. I said to my sister to give 50% of amount to my nephew for his future, but she denied and saying she will not give any. Also 4-5 lakhs she gave to her present husband. My nephew’s 18th birthday is on 4th april 2014. Also, she took my nephew signature and withdrawn 1 Lakh from his account which the army sends 10k every 3 months for my nephew education. Is there any legal step that can be taken for my nephew's right?
