A deed of settlement was written (notarized along with family photos as well on Rs. 50/- bond paper) in the year Nov 2007 by the Husband stating everything from his marriage to his job retirement with many things mentioning it. But, that Husband did not turn up again as mentioned in his deed of settlement.
other info: Husband got exparte divorce from Wife in the year 2007;
Query is: will that document (deed of settlement) suffices as a legal document. What is its life span. Can one use that document to get a xerox copy of Husband's service book or in any thing to prove as she is related to Husband.
