Dear sir/madam
there is an ancestral property 10 small houses together belonging to my paternal grandma. The property is still in her name and she is no more.my father has two siblings one brother and a sister.
we now intend to sell our share of 4 houses however there is not a lot of interest for my uncle and aunt to discuss this.our relationships are good however they do not have an intention of selling however we do since we have moved on to a different place.
what is the best possible way to execute this sale in the most amicable fashion.do we need to first register the property in my dad's name and is it possible to sell just his share of houses?
what should be the next step in making this sale.please help.
