family member certificate

sir my father expired and we are in requirement of family member certificate . In mandal office they said that for private employees you should apply in court . what will be the approximate cost and procedure?

I believe that you are from State of Telangana, MRO is competent authority to issue Legal heirs certificate. Please also make inquiries as to whether they have included this service under E.Seva. You have to file simple application, preferably with a ration card or some proof. Revenue Officer will make local inquiries and provide that certificate within a time frame of maximum one month from date of such receipt of your application. This is simple and easy process to get legal heir certificate. Personally visit MRO office for more information.
