Sir ,my son got marries in nov 2011 and he left India with his newly wedded wife immediately after completion of getting marriage certificate from competent authority in Indore MP .and due formalities for visa to US .For about 2/3 years it was fine During this period my son was continuously perusing her for a few things like -- Learning driving in US and get license , Reducing her wait from 76-77 kg to 65/66 kg according to her height, to have a smart look .She is a good girl belonging a good family and we like her and love her .She is sentimental and perhaps regular persuasion had effected her badly .In the last year September 2013 she left the house as she has got a good Job in MNC .Now she is not maintaining any contact with my son Nor she responds any call too .All her belongings like cloths ,ornaments ,and other things are lying with my son . Some day unexpected she comes and take some of the useful items for her .During this perios she do not properly talks to my son .
1 What course of action must be taken to reconcile the resolve the matter .?
2.what rules are applicable against my son in case of legal formalities ?
