Family case priorities - divorse or maintenance

Here we go again.

Even if you seek HC intervention, HC will look into the matter first as to, whether you are paying interim alimony to your wife, after you have cleared all the balance amount, they would take up the divorce petition.

i had got married on april 2011and dec-11...I was charged with false allegation of IPC406 & 498a...and now my wife is asking for my property which is under loan for 15years in my name and which was purcased by me in march 2010.  please advice how can i save my proerty and how can i come out of false allegation of IPC406 the shridanam was taken by my wife 2 weak back when she left my home saying she wants to keep that in her father locker and i dont have have any evidence
