false domestic violence case

hi sir,

a false dvc case has been alleged against me. i took bail and can i fly to other country on business works? do i face any issues while visa interview for usa?

Is there any provision of obtaining / grant of bail under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 ?

Answer is big "NO".

In this situation how did you get bail, who have accepted bail bond ?

Can you educate and/or throw some more light on the subject, if it is a true story ?

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer engaged by you ?
