A women who had short term acquaintance with a man invoked section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act. Mad made his appearance through his lawyer and denied the relationship with women. Due to some reason the communication between the lawyer and man was lost and the court passed the decree in favour of the women giving her the status of wife without hearing the man. unaware of the judgement man did not challenged the decree even women did not try to enforce the judgement in her favour. Man got married and have kids with his legally wedded wife.Time lapsed and after 14 years the women is trying to seek maintenance from the man who is under deep shock. Can anyone please suggest me something to bring the man out of this trap?
