Fake matrimonial profile and 498a

I have filed a FIR against my husband and his family in September and before that i filed a complaint in March for

1.posting fake information on matrimonial website

2.dowry

3.498A

4.use of my email ID to create fake emails in order to defame me.

My husband use to work in UK but recently in September he left his job and started studying in UK.We had  Mediation when i filed complaint in March but it failed as he never turned up after that I filed FIR and my case is again in Mediation we had first date but as my husband didn't turn up nothing happened. My husband use to work in UK but recently in September he left his job and started studying in UK also his  Permanent Residence permit in UK was due in September which I am not aware whether he got that or not though even he has he is still a citizen of India

Now I wish to know what should we do in order compel him to return to India?

There is hardly you can do to compel her to return to India. Unless his passport is about to expire or there is a family emergency, he can continue to stay away from country for a long long time.

By return to India i meant to say that if he doesnt appear in court, Will there be any action take by Indian Police to arrest him and wont he be called via embassy to come to India?

Also will his sudden switch from Job to college hold any importance in this case?

If he gets permanent residence status,he will certainly return back.If U have proofs of fake matrimonial profile, then U can file a criminal case for  supression of facts and wrong information provided.Switching from job to college does not hold any valuable evidence.

Deporting him to India from UK is next to possible because the 498a cases are not given a serious thought in foreign countries especially in US and UK.

So wait  for his arrival or arrange to issue a look out circular through police.
