My client has used fake marksheet in 2nd year of college and passed subsequent years and at the time of final year(5th year) he was caught by university and his results were cancelled and now degree is not been awarded to him.
Whereas he again cleared the 2nd year exam as per HC order to repeat the years.Now the university and HC are asking to repeat the subsequent years also as those are based on 2nd year result but those years are cleared by student without any fake.
Now kindly tell me is there any SC judgement or any other writ favourable to client so that he can get the degree without giving any other exam.
