This is happening with many people and has become a deep concern for all. Better take up the matter with the Superintendent of police/police commissioner of your district.

First of all you should spread the message about the fake linked in id of yours has been created by somebody with some malicious intention and deny all the contents about your wrong profile in it, then take up the matter with the management of the site after which you can plan to initiate legal action.
