In a criminal case against senior citizens, I have proof that the police fabricated several witness statements as the witnesses were in a different city at the time of the alleged incident. I know about the bar of CrPC 162, but I am questioning the very existence of the statements as genuine.
The IO has stated in an audio recording that she accepted a bribe from complainant.
What action can I take against the IO now?
