can anyone tell me the remedy available in case of denial of extension of lease by the licensor?
FACTS
there is a lease agreement between licensor and licensee....but during the period of lease some renovation work has been carried out by the licensor due to which licensee has to suffer losses...thereafter licensee requested the licensor to extend the period of lease by such period during which the renovation work was being carried out by the licensor....but the same was not accepted...now what remedies are available to the licensee for extension of the lease?
