execution petition

Can the LRS OF JUDGEMENT DEBTOR ( DEAD) file application under section 47 of the CPC in execution proceedings ?

Reason , Because of INEXECUTABLE ORDER !

File application if it is allowed quiet ok if dismissed approach high court against the orders.
