execution of rcr

when can a rcr decree be executed after passing the date to passing decree?a spouse can go against it and file petition in high court within 90 days but the other spouse also take these 90 days for execution of rcr decrre or less than this or more?

The decree is executable once it is passed, however in some orders the court put conditions or date of effect and after that date the decree is execIf one has to challange the decree why to wait for execution.

However this can be taken as ground to seek condonation of delay in filing appeal.
