Execution of nbw- respondent absconding before family court

family court granted visiting rights to petitioner for visiting his minor son and the respondent(wife) not executing the same

petitioner filed EP for visiting rights of his minor son before family court

Respondent not appearing before family court

petitioner got nbw issued by family court

since then respondent along with minor son disappeared from normal address and is not Traceable not found at place of working for past several months

what is alternate remedy left over to the petitioner

there is movable or immovable property in the name of respondent for attachment

petitioner approached the court for written proclamation u/s.82 of crpc - court is in dilemma  whether a proclamation can be ordered under crpc when the case is of civil nature in family court ?

what are the other reliefs available to petitioner for execution and enforcement of visiting rights for his minor son- under the custody of respondent?

@ Author,

1.  Make an application under Order XVI, Rule 16 (2) CPC to give proclamation direction under Order XVI, Rule 10 CPC.
