Execution of Agreements

An agreement witnessed by a person each, can be a good agreement in the eyes of law

who and when is the agreement executed? is it on white paper or stamp paper and if stamp paper what is the value of that stamp?

Query is on witnessing the agreement, consider that the agreement is legally executed, except witness. One each witness has witnessed the agreement. Whether such agreement be called as legally executed agreement??
