dear sir i want tk know about the execution against my company. some customers taken execution from consumer court against company as i dont have service center now. now i want to know how i can defend or cancel execution or that payment in execution i have to pay as wrong judgement done by court. how i defend. kindly guide
U didn't appealed against the judgement.now u cannot deny the execution. U consult Ur advocate. Try for one time settlement. Other wise u appeal with condonation of delay no chances of winning. Be hope.
