Ex parte order in crpc 125 by wife

My wife had gor exparte maintanence finak order of Rs 10000/- 

I got summon but refused saying the person not available at home and sended 5 times

Now it has been awarded exparte 

even i had mentioned in an appeal that my wife had file crpc 125 and dv asking maintanence in both

bangalore for quashing dv case

Now what to do. plz advice

I cant pay the maintanence amount plz advice.

for appeal on the order whats the time limit.
