eviction suit

Hi Experts:
Gud morning to all, I'm a senior citizen I have filed evection suit against a tenant case is going on since 1year the problem I'm facing is a tenant(also defenant in my eviction case) is not coming with his advocate for hearings he alone comes & ask the Judge for post dates by saying cooking stories & he is escaping this is happening since 1year no progress in the case
Judge also oblize to the tenant's words & keeps giving him dates. Judge is not hearing my advocate's words how can this is possible how long can judge gives post dates because of this my case has not reached evidence what is the alternate solution for this I'm in bangalore case is in bangalore plz advice I will be waiting for any of the experts to answer my query
