my tenant residing in my house and taken two shops 4 rent is not vacating .residing for 4 yrs. not allowing 2 inspect property.made alteration 2 structure. maintaining unhygienically. is there any way other than rcop 2 vacate him. any scope 4 criminial proceedings. kindly clarify .thank u

file a civil case under rent law.u hve to prove personal nessecty and u must hv rent reciving recipts and any agreement regarding rent
