Dear Sir,
*My father is died during the Employment Injury for which we applied in the ESI Department for Compensatsion and Other Benefit as per Law but Esi Department Declied for the same on the Ground that Injyry is not Covered under the ESI Act i .e Heart Failure ,so we go the Laboure court and win the case agst Department ,Now Esi Department go First Appeal agst Laboure Court Order which is rejected by the High Court so now what step have been taken further for me for such Compensation /
My father died in 2001 and even after passing 12 yeas we have not got any Benefits
Pls guide me
