Epf withdrawal

I need to withdraw PF advance for home construction. My Basic + DA is Rs. 184000 pm. But PF deduction is Rs. 1800 pm. What would be my withdrawal eligibility? The total fund is around 50 L. I am a member for more than 14 years in total, but in current organization I am working for 3 years.

You can apply for final withdrawal of accumulated PF amount for the said purpose, if you are eligible then they may grant the permission for withdrawal.
