I was worked in Data Marshal Pvt Ltd ( Infinite BPO Pvt Ltd) 5 years 10 months in Hyderabad. After 4 years they moved me to night shift, I unable do continue in the night shift. I am suffering from Sleeplessness and Gastrict problems long time. Then i was regined to the my job through emial. From firm replied me that you are terminated by our firm and not accepted my regine email.
After 4 months I went firm for asking my EPF and Gratuity, they saying that your are terminated by our firm so you are not eligible for gratuity and full amount of EPF, only employee contribution you will get. It this rules is in the labour law , EPF act.
They I was contacted one adcovate Nizamabad dist Armoor, Avula Ashok. He promised me within two months your case will be cleared. Now passed 18 months no possitive reply from advocate still saying it will clear in this month. And not accepting giving my Original Documents, NoC. Please advise what should do in this situation.
