My name is Vivek . I am from Kerala , and also a law student. In the year 2012-2013 i was admitted to State Judicial Deparment as Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC).(permenant Job and Fixed salary). i joined the Department and served For 2 months Under probation period. After that i applied for LWA to pursue my studies. Now i hav completed my legal study . Can i entroll as an advocate ?? My period of leave will decline on june 30 after thar i have to rejoin the sevice ,and also when i rejoins the probation period wil start from the beginning .Is their any way for me to entroll as advocate ?? I know i cant practise,but for writting test's for certain legal post ,it is must needed that -to be the member of state roll .
