At present I am working with RITES Ltd ( PSU under ministry of Railway) as a DGM for six years. I applied for the post of DGM in Burn Standard ( PSU under ministry of Railway) through proper channel and finally I selected for the pos after interview. I applied for three months notice in RITES which will be ending on 11th May'2012. My resignation was accepted by competant authority. Now the question is as under.
1. Whether it will be treated as technical rsignation.
2. As per company HR manual I shall get 50% of my accumulated leave salary. Why not full amount?
3. What will be my pension componenet and how can I get from employer?
4. Whether the pension componant can be transferred along with the PF contribution?
