Employment Visa For Chinese National

Dear Seniors

I need help on the following issue.

We are a US based company doing Technical Publication & Engineering Services for Automobile indutry. We are brining a Chniese national to India in a Work Permit visa for which he has applied with relevant documents to Indian Embassy in China.

Is that from Company side we need to submit any documents to Ministry of Home affairs regarding the same.

If someone can help me out , about how to proceed with MHA it would be of great help.
