Hi Sir,Need help.I worked as software developer in private limited company for 5 months.My employer had removed me from company and not issued releaving letter,experience letter ,november salary and notice period salary as per offer terms and its being 4 months.
Query:Since 4 months I was not able to work for any company since my previous company had not given experience letters.So On which law I can demand for company to pay this 4 months salary
