My friend resigned from his earlier company six months back. He was relieved from the services of the company after serving his notice period properly. The company said the final settlement would be done in two months time. Till date the company has not paid notice period salary nor the gratuity. He has been following with the company for his settlement amount(it is a big amount) for last four months continously. This has caused a lot of mental harrasment to him. The company is still operating and there are other employees working in the company. Please advise what action can be taken against the company? Please advice.
