Dear Sir,

Liability follows if arised during your  tenure/ course of employment, further to this resignation only severs the relation ship with the employer but accountability during the existence of employment will not depart.

Suing  for recovery of loss comes into picture when there is a loss for the company during the tenure of the employment of employee.

Do you mean to say, even if the employee is releived without returning a car, there is no ground for any suit???

Hi All,

I understand that the suit can be tried under Breach Of Trust. However, I have two important clarifications on this.

1. What is the limitation period to try under Breach of trust. I understand that there is no such period. However, looking for a confirmation

2. In case, i can try him under any otehr grounds, what can those be??? Kindly clarify this and inform me the limitation period also for such grounds.
