Employees compensation act.

Dear All,

As per the ratio of the Gujrat High Court in the case of New India Assurance Co v/s Rabbari reported in LLR in 2011 page No.484, it has been held by the Hon'ble court that medical expenses are not to be paid to the employee who meets with an accident while performing the job as there are no provision in the Employees Compensation Act.  Can any one provide me with a similar citation on the above line or any citations contrary to the Gujarat High court citation.

Kindly provide clarity on the same.
