Can any one tell me "What is the Effective date of the Judgment of BIFR for a company that, it is sick, is Applicable.
Is it "The Date of Judgment" or The Date of Application"??????

Thre is no thing special as regards the BIFR, reather a general principle for alll court orders that the judgment or order will have efffect from the date of the judgment or order for all purposes.Thanking you.
