Education Loan

I don't think there is any  specific intrest scheme for charging of interest on education loans; differant banks charge differant rate of interest . If the re-payment of laon is agreed at a rate of interest then that is  difficult to challenge .However if the rate has been charged for  being defaulter or as punsishment then certainly can challnege under due circumstances
