education Consultant not acted as per his words

if a student approach a consultant and ask to do a process for his abroad education depending on their initial word of mouth but later on changes the word of mouth context and acted as per his wish .What is the rights of that student

Dear Qurist,

The ideal alternative for students who want to study abroad and also consider further education is Education Consultants.

However, if the consultant goes back on his/her word, then the student could hold him accountable under breach of contract.

This again would highly weigh on the terms and conditions mentioned in the contract that you would have agreed upon before the consulting session took place or the institutions promised outcomes.
