dear members
please share as per shop& establishment law , is accumulation and encashment of earned /privleage leave is a legal right ? can employer or a company can decide not to allow accumulation of earned leave.
please suggest clause to refer the have the justified rationale for employee and employer.

It is explained in the Act of each state.It is a state enactment.
You may download the (Name of the state) shop& establishment Act, and go thru it.
The establishment can not provide benefists inferior to the povisions in the Act but can provide superior benefits.
