Dear Experts,
Wife left the matrimonial house in 2008. The husband has filed a divorce & child custody petition in 2009, he has also filed a private complaint of adultery u/s 497 against the paramour of his wife in criminal court in 2011, after this his wife has filed a dv case against the husband and his parents in 2012 and the court has passed the interim order for maintenance on 11th December, 2013. Can the husband file for quashing of DV case? If yes, kindly guide how and please provide some citations of judgement relating to similar case.
